We also rent out furnished apartments for temporary stays. So we accompany a property from renovation to letting.

Your contact
Hello, I am Muadh Al-Eryani, Managing Director of ALF GmbH. With my team of around 15 skilled staff, I build, inspect and look after buildings all over Berlin.
It matters to me that you know who you are dealing with. That is why I often come to the first inspection myself. I take a close look at everything and tell you clearly what is needed and what is not.
After that I remain your contact, on site, at acceptance and in daily operation.
