2. Summary
- This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising.
- We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services.
- Fonts, scripts, images and the map are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit.
- We only use data from the contact form to handle your enquiry.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you visit the website, STRATO processes the technically necessary data listed in section 4 on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Server log files
With every visit the server automatically stores information that your browser transmits:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page visited and amount of data transferred
- previously visited page (referrer)
- browser and operating system
We use this data for technical security and error analysis. We do not combine it with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after a short time, as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes.
5. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us using the form, by email, phone or fax, we process your details. These include your name, email address, phone number, details about your property or your rental request and your message. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
We use this data to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract. In all other cases the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is answering your enquiry.
The form transmits your details to our server in encrypted form. From there they are sent by email to our mailbox info@aerologistik.de. To prevent spam, the form checks how quickly it was filled in and contains an invisible field. To limit the number of enquiries per hour, the server uses a technically necessary session when you submit the form. No profiles are created.
We delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. We keep business letters and contract documents for up to ten years in accordance with commercial and tax law.
5a. Online booking
When you use the online booking, we process what you enter: the services and extras you choose, details about the property such as size, number of bathrooms, condition and pets, your preferred date and access, your name, your company for business customers, phone number, email address, address, notes for our team and your declaration on starting the service before the end of the withdrawal period. Your browser calculates the guide price. We only receive your details when you send the request.
We use this data to check your request, send you an offer, plan appointments and carry out and invoice the job. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Required fields are marked. Without them we cannot process your request.
Your details are sent encrypted to our server and from there by email to info@aerologistik.de. We send an automatic confirmation of receipt with your details to your email address. To prevent misuse we use the measures described in section 5.
If your request does not lead to a job, we delete your data no later than six months after the last message. If it leads to a job, the statutory retention periods apply.
5b. Request for a review
Only if you agree in the booking form, we ask you once by email for a review after the appointment. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@aerologistik.de. You submit reviews yourself on Google. Google's privacy policy applies to this.
6. Interactive map
The map of the Berlin districts loads entirely from our own server. We do not embed any third-party map services. It is based on the district boundaries of the Amt für Statistik Berlin-Brandenburg.
The link "Plan route" leads to Google Maps. You only leave our website when you click it. Google's privacy policy then applies.
7. Fonts and scripts
All fonts and program libraries of this website are hosted on our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external servers.
8. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising and does not store information permanently in your browser. Only when you submit the contact form or a booking request may the server set a technically necessary session cookie. It serves solely to prevent misuse and is deleted when you close your browser. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
9. Encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol and "https://" in your browser's address bar.

- access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)

- erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Right to object
If we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
Right to lodge a complaint
