Accessibility statement

As of 29 October 2026. This statement applies to the website aerologistik.de and in particular to the online booking. It describes how we meet the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Our service

AeroLogistik & Facility (ALF) GmbH provides cleaning, caretaker services, construction and building services in Berlin. With the online booking, consumers can choose cleaning and other services, see a guide price right away and request a booking.

How the online booking works

  1. You choose a service.
  2. You enter details about the property, such as its size.
  3. You choose the frequency and extras.
  4. You enter your preferred date and contact details and send the request.
  5. We confirm receipt by email and send you a fixed price and an appointment. The contract is only concluded when you accept the offer.

How we meet the requirements

  • We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and the standard EN 301 549.
  • All functions can be used with a keyboard. The focus is visible.
  • Every form field has a label. Required fields are marked. We show errors as text and screen readers announce them.
  • The guide price appears as text on the order slip. Price changes are announced to screen readers.
  • Text and controls have sufficient contrast. You can zoom the page to 200 %. It also works on smartphones.
  • If your device requests reduced motion, we switch off animations.
  • We write in plain language, in German and English.

Known limitations

  • The interactive map in the service area section can only be used to a limited extent with screen readers. All districts are also listed next to it.

Testing

We tested the online booking ourselves on 29 October 2026: with an automated test (axe-core), with a keyboard and in the smartphone view.
