We fix many small things right away ourselves. That saves time and costly separate jobs. Qualified partner firms carry out larger painting jobs. We coordinate them for you.

Scope of services
You can book each item on its own or combine it with others. We tailor the scope to your property.
Regular rounds. We check lighting, doors, cellars and technical systems and report defects.
We handle all kinds of minor repairs quickly and ourselves.
Minor damage to walls, doors and floors. We coordinate larger painting jobs with partner firms.
Stairwells, cellars, storage rooms, shared areas, underground car parks, windows and entrance doors.
We clean pavements and courtyards, look after lawns and plants and remove weeds and leaves.
On request we look after the building's technical systems and coordinate tradespeople and servicing.
