All cleaning prices are guide prices. You receive a fixed price with the confirmation. It applies if the details on size and condition are correct. Cleaning products and equipment are always included. Caretaker jobs are billed by time, per half hour or part thereof. Launch discount: 10 % off your first online booking until 31 January 2027, conditions.
FAQ
Questions about online booking
Is my request already binding?
No. We check the date and your details and email you a fixed price and appointment. The job is only booked once you confirm.
What does the price include?
Working time, cleaning products, equipment and travel within Berlin. We only charge for extras you choose.
How do I pay?
By invoice after the appointment, payable within 14 days by bank transfer. For private customers we show the labour costs separately, so you can claim the German tax reduction for household services under § 35a EStG.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. It is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel later, we charge 50 % of the fixed price. You may prove that our loss was lower. See our booking terms.
Can I withdraw as a private customer?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. If the appointment is earlier, you confirm this in the form. If you then withdraw, you only pay for the part of the service already provided. More in our withdrawal policy.
Will the same team always come?
For regular cleaning we plan a fixed team. That way they know your home and your wishes.
Do you also work outside Berlin?
Yes. Near Berlin we charge a travel fee of €19.90 per appointment. For places further away we check the travel costs with the confirmation.
Do you offer fixed contracts for offices and stairwells?
Yes. Online you see a guide price. After a free visit you receive a fixed monthly offer.
